For those waitlisted at South Run RECenter, we opened up a new space!
Is your junior chef itching for a challenge in the kitchen? They’ll feel like a Food Network star competing on their own version of Chopped! Junior at our newest summer camp.
Each day will reveal 4 “mystery” ingredients that our young chefs will need to incorporate as they work together in small teams with rotating jobs to create appetizer, entree and dessert courses. Instructors will teach from a curriculum that gets progressively more challenging as the week goes on.
The final day of camp culminates with student teams assigning “mystery” ingredients to their peers, upping the X-factor for what’s on the menu that day as they put their new skills to the test!

Sample Class Format
- 5 days
- 9am – 4pm
- Campers will make 3-4 recipes per day, each day will be from a different country
- Campers will break for snack and lunch each day and enjoy some outdoor time
- Campers will be put into teams to work together to make their recipes

Cancellation Policy
Summer camps are non-refundable. If a camp has to be cancelled due to Covid-19, the camp will be turned into a virtual camp.
