Goal: For students to learn the difference between sweet and savory, the difference between mixing and folding, and how to turn a batter into a delicious sweet crepe! Students will use these skills to learn how to make Basic Crepes with Honey Sea Salt Whipped Cream & Bananas.

How: Students will accomplish this goal by learning how to measure ingredients correctly, fold a mixture gently, and cook a very thin batter on the stove or hot plate. We will discuss where crepes come from, and how they can be consumed for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
